During the decades-long operation of Beta-Trans Plusz Ltd., we have experienced on the combined freight transport market that the services we provide are well recognized in both domestic and international areas, and are now constantly requiring own intensive presence. In our logistic services, we strive for the highest quality and the maximum satisfaction of our customers' needs.
The fulfilment of our quality management system and requirements as well as continuous improvement of the system guarantee that our customers will be fully satisfied with the high level of quality management of freight organization, customs legislation and other special services closely related to container transport.
Our main objective is to preserve our good relationship with our partners over the decades and increase our customer focus by improving process-oriented work organization. To this end, as owner manager, with the involvement of my colleagues, we wish to achieve honours and results by providing a high quality service.
Quality policy principles are defined below, and we have an exemplary commitment to achieve these goals:
• The problems that arise in the domestic and international service delivery and their solution are documented in order to draw conclusions. Thus, in addition to the appropriate corrective measures, it is possible to formulate preventive measures, the latter being an important tool for system development and the basis for further development objectives.
• Our exclusive subcontractors have been committed to our company for many years, so we regularly evaluate their activities and publish results among our employees and subcontractors, encouraging them to work more efficiently.
• In addition to tracking fast technical developments, we pay special attention to the proper handling of the computer system, providing the most modern and reliable IT background.
• In order to maintain and improve a high level of service, our colleagues receive regular education and training, including transportation and customs clearance. The operation of our quality management system has also brought the development of quality approach, the continuous strengthening of which is aimed by quality education.
• We consider it important to support conscious environmental protection, based on these principles we plan and organize the continuous change of our fleet with the acquisition of most modern equipment.
• We commit ourselves to a clean, orderly working environment. Our quality management system provides a framework for our activity over the years, guidance for our developing and efficient operation. Due to our consistent market policy and competitive prices, our turnover grows year after year.
